General terms
All our quotes, proposals and contracts are subject to the general terms and conditions of Batth Consulting, trading as Batth Studio. These are business-to-business terms for software development and related services, under Dutch law.
We send the general terms with every proposal, so you can read them before you sign anything. Together with the proposal, they form the agreement between us.
