Founder · Netherlands

Senior finance professional with a background in banking, private banking and transaction advisory, specialised in planning and control. Holds CFA Level 1 and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing. Sim translates your business and regulatory needs into a product the team can build.

Questions

What founders usually ask.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your repository from week 3, and all intellectual property is transferred to you in writing when each invoice is paid.

What if the project runs over?

A fixed-price MVP stays fixed for the agreed scope. New ideas go through a change request with a quote first, so there are no surprise invoices.

Do you work with regulated companies?

Yes. We build the software; you hold any licence from DNB or the AFM. Our contracts include the supplier terms regulated firms need, including DORA clauses.

How does working with a team in India work day to day?

The teams share 5 to 6 working hours every day. You deal with your Dutch contact, join a demo every two weeks, and follow progress in the shared tools whenever you like.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes, after a paid code review of one to two weeks. We tell you plainly whether to extend, refactor or rebuild.
